Are you ready for the future? We are – and now we are looking for you!
Within the work and welfare administration in Kristianstad, we are embarking on an exciting journey of change. Our vision is clear: One administration – ready for the future!
We are looking for someone who wants to be part of the new social services where a strong focus is placed on accessibility, meaning it should be easy for people to seek and receive help. The family-oriented approach is central, where the citizen's needs are in focus. Lönnens open care is a workplace characterized by respect, trust in people's abilities, and the view that people are part of a context.
You will be part of a team of five employees who collaborate, inspire each other, and where everyone is given the opportunity to develop in their professional role as a family therapist. Together with your new colleagues, you will be involved in the development of the new social services.
We are now looking for more employees who want to join us on our journey of change. Are you driven, curious, and want to contribute to meaningful work? Then you might be the one we are looking for!
Your role with us
Lönnens open care is a conversation treatment that receives people who come for their own sake, together with family or partner. People turn to Lönnen seeking help for harmful use or dependence or based on issues as relatives, family and relationship problems, as well as psychosocial issues with a pressured life situation. Lönnen is also tasked with receiving people and their relatives who have problems with gambling.
As a family therapist at Lönnens open care, you start from people's hopes and goals with the conversations, helping them articulate and clarify their desired changes. The conversations are based on you exploring functioning patterns together with those you meet to help them see possibilities and find their own solutions. You highlight competencies and resources to help people trust in their ability to make changes. In the conversations, you strive to create good relationships and collaboration. You work from a systemic perspective, focusing on relationships and interactions.
Teamwork is included in the work as we supervise and collaborate with each other. Lönnen is based on a solution-focused and family therapy-oriented approach. We are keen to maintain a high level of competence, and you will work with systematic client feedback (FIT-outcomes) and participate in method development.
The workgroup has external supervision. Opportunities for continuing education are provided through seminars, training, and conferences focusing on, among other things, solution focus, family therapy, and gambling treatment.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with a degree in social work, and it is a requirement that you have work experience as a social worker as well as experience working with families or individuals using conversation as a tool.
It is meritorious if you have basic psychotherapy training with a focus on family therapy, as well as if you have experience and interest in solution-focused work methods. We value experience working with addiction or addiction issues. Since communication and documentation are part of your tasks, we want you to be able to communicate well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
Your personal qualities are important to us, and we are looking for someone who enjoys working in a team while being able to independently take responsibility for your tasks. You have the ability to collaborate, and it is an advantage if you are unpretentious and acknowledge and reward others' contributions. To succeed in the role, you need to be humble, respectful, curious, and have a good ability to create trusting and good relationships. These are prerequisites for good treatment work.
When candidates are offered employment, those who will directly and regularly come into contact with children in their work must show a police record extract in accordance with the provisions of the Social Services Act 2013:852.
